Does Dr. Azarchi take insurance?
No, Dr. Azarchi does not take insurance. Patients pay out of pocket for each session, but may submit claims to their insurance companies to receive reimbursement through out-of-network benefits. Dr. Azarchi can provide you with an invoice with the required information (Super Bill).
Does Dr. Azarchi offer psychotherapy or medication management?
Both! Dr. Azarchi believes that comprehensive treatment integrates psychotherapy and medication management. All decisions made around starting, continuing, or discontinuing medications will be made by you in collaboration with your doctor.
How much does a session cost?
Dr. Azarchi will discuss session fees during the initial introductory phone call is free.
Can I be a patient if I live outside of New York or New Jersey?
Dr. Azarchi is licensed in both New York and New Jersey. She can see you virtually if you live in either state.
If you live in another state, Dr. Azarchi will not be able to treat you, per licensing laws.
Does Dr. Azarchi treat children and/or adolescents?
Dr. Azarchi is an adult psychiatrist and works with individuals ages 18 & up. She welcomes patients of all backgrounds, identities, and abilities.
