Does Dr. Azarchi take insurance?
No, Dr. Azarchi does not take insurance. Clients pay out of pocket for each session, but may submit claims to their insurance companies to receive reimbursement through out-of-network benefits. Dr. Azarchi can provide you with an invoice with required information (Super Bill).
Does Dr. Azarchi offer psychotherapy or medication management?
Both! Dr. Azarchi believes that comprehensive treatment integrates psychotherapy and medication management. All decisions made around starting, continuing, or discontinuing medications will be made by you in collaboration with your doctor.
Can I be a patient if I live outside of New York?
Dr. Azarchi is licensed in both New York and New Jersey.Â
She can see you virtually if you live in either state, or you can come in person to her office in New York City or New Jersey.
Does Dr. Azarchi prescribe ketamine or other psychedelics?
At this time, Dr. Azarchi does not provide ketamine or other psychedelic-assisted treatments, though this may change in the future.
How much does a session cost?
The introductory phone call is free. During this phone call, Dr. Azarchi will discuss session fees.
